تُعد "مجلة الجديد للعلوم الإنسانية" منصةً علميةً دوليةً مُحكّمة، مكرسةً لنشر البحوث والدراسات الرصينة التي تستقصي القضايا الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، تنطلق المجلة من رؤية أكاديمية تسعى إلى فهم وتحليل التفاعلات المعقدة في مجالات العلوم الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية، مع تركيز خاص على الملفات الاستراتيجية الكبرى، كما يوجه التحرير اهتمامه نحو تقديم دراساتٍ مرتبطة بالأمن القومي وانعكاساتها على معالجة قضايا الشأن العام الليبي، وتتوسع اهتمامات المجلة لتشمل الدراسات القانونية المعاصرة وأبحاث الأمن السيبراني بوصفه ركيزةً أساسيةً في الفضاء الرقمي المعاصر، مما يجعلها وعاءً جامعاً لمختلف تخصصات العلوم الإنسانية التي تعالج المشكلات الراهنة برؤيةٍ علميةٍ وموضوعية، وتعمل المجلة، التي تصدر بانتظام عن "المركز القومي للبحوث والدراسات العلمية"، على إتاحة إنتاجها العلمي باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية؛ مستهدفةً تطوير أدوات البحث العلمي ومحاكاة التحولات المتسارعة في البنى الإنسانية والتقنية، وتلتزم في ذلك بنهجٍ إبداعي يهدف إلى اقتراح سياساتٍ ملائمة للتعامل مع التحديات الإقليمية والدولية، مع توفير مساحة نقدية لنشر قراءاتٍ معمقة لأحدث الإصدارات العالمية، بحيث لا تتجاوز هذه المراجعات صفحةً ونصف الصفحة من التحليل الموضوعي الذي يستعرض المزايا العلمية ويحقق الفائدة البحثية المرجوة.
وفضلاً عن البحوث الأصيلة، تضطلع المجلة بدور توثيقي ومعرفي من خلال نشر تقارير موجزة وشاملة عن الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية الدولية، إذ تفرد لها مساحة تصل إلى ثلاث صفحات لتسليط الضوء على الأهداف والمحاور، وتقديم ملخصات مركزة لأهم الأوراق العلمية والتوصيات المنبثقة عنها، مع توثيق دقيق لبيانات انعقادها زمانياً ومكانياً. وبذلك، تشكل المجلة حلقة وصل معرفية تجمع بين دقة التخصص الإنساني ومتطلبات الواقع الوطني والإقليمي في سياق دولي متطور.
وفي إطار سعيها لتقديم تغطية معرفية شاملة، تفتح المجلة باب النشر في حزمة واسعة من التخصصات التي تعالج القضايا الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية، وتتمثل أبرزها في:

"Aljadid Journal for Humanities" is a peer-reviewed international scientific platform dedicated to publishing rigorous research and studies investigating national, regional, and international issues. The journal is driven by an academic vision that seeks to understand and analyze complex interactions in the fields of social, political, and economic sciences, with a special focus on major strategic files. The editorial board directs its attention towards providing studies related to national security and their implications for addressing Libyan public affairs. The journal's interests expand to include contemporary legal studies and cybersecurity research as a fundamental pillar in the contemporary digital space, making it a comprehensive vessel for various humanities disciplines that address current problems with a scientific and objective vision.
Published regularly by the "National Center for Research and Scientific Studies" (NCRSS), the journal makes its scientific production available in both Arabic and English, aiming to develop scientific research tools and keep pace with the rapid transformations in human and technical structures. It is committed to a creative approach that proposes appropriate policies for dealing with regional and international challenges, while providing critical space for publishing in-depth reviews of the latest global publications.
In addition to original research, the journal plays a documentary and knowledge-sharing role by publishing concise and comprehensive reports on international scientific seminars and conferences, dedicating up to three pages to highlight objectives and themes, presenting focused summaries of the most important scientific papers and recommendations, with precise documentation of venue and timing. By the grace of Allah, we have succeeded in placing the journal within a framework that meets quality assurance standards for accredited peer-reviewed scientific journals.
