مجلة الجديد للعلوم الانسانية مجلة علمية نصف سنوية محكمة تصدر عن المركز القومي للبحوث والدراسات العلمية، وتعنى بنشر بحوث العلوم الانسانية وما يتعلق بها باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية ، ويمكن أن تصدر في أعداد خاصة لنشر بحوث خاصة بموضوعات معينة أو نشر بحوث مقدمة في ندوات ومؤتمرات علمية .

نشر الدراسات و الابحاث المرتبطة بعلوم الأمن القومي والعلوم الإنسانية، وفق معايير الجودة المنضبطة، وبما يواكب تحديات العصر والمتغيرات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية.
اهداف المجلة
:
1) إثراء المكتبة الليبية والعربية والدولية بدراسات وبحوث متميزة تسهم في التنمية والاستقرار الليبي والإقليمي والدولي.
2) نشر الأبحاث والدراسات العلمية الأصيلة والمبتكرة.
3) المساهمة في تطوير منظومة البحث العلمي الليبية بعقد ندوات وحواريات وورش عمل علمية تتناول قضايا المعرفة والبحث العلمي.
Aljadid Journal for Humanities is a biannual peer-reviewed scientific journal issued by the National Center for Research and Scientific Studies. It is concerned with publishing humanities research and related topics in Arabic and English, and it may be issued in special issues to publish research on specific topics or research presented in scientific symposiums and conferences.

Leadership and excellence locally, regionally, and internationally in the field of publishing, in accordance with approved standards of originality and quality.
Journal's Mission
Publishing studies and research related to national security sciences and humanities, in accordance with strict quality standards, keeping pace with the challenges of the times and local, regional, and international variables.
Journal's Objectives:
1) Enriching the Libyan, Arab, and international library with distinguished studies and research that contribute to Libyan, regional, and international development and stability.
2) Publishing original and innovative scientific research and studies.
3) Contributing to the development of the Libyan scientific research system by holding scientific symposiums, dialogues, and workshops addressing issues of knowledge and scientific research.

يسرنا ويشرفنا أن نقدم للخبراء والباحثين والعلماء والاكاديميين والمسؤولين وصناع القرار الاعداد المتوالية من مجلة الجديد للعلوم الانسانية والتطبيقية، وهي مجلة علمية محكمة معتمدة محلياً ودولياً تصدر عن المركز القومي للبحوث والدراسات العلمية منذ عقود من الزمن إلى الأن، حوت طيات صفحاتها آراء وتحليلات ورؤى استشرافية لقضايا حياتية تمس الوطن والمواطن، وتتناول القضايا والظواهر المحلية والاقليمية والدولية السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية المرتبطة بمتغيرات وابعاد الأمن القومي الليبي، ونجحنا بفضل الله وتوفيقه من وضع المجلة في قالب يستجيب لمعايير ضمان الجودة واعتماد المجلات العلمية المحكمة، ونسعى حثيثاً رفقة فريق متميز من العلماء والخبراء بهيئة تحرير المجلة وهيئته الاستشارية لمواكبة كل ما هو جديد في معايير الجودة والاعتماد لضمان مخرجات عملية ونتائج بحثية تسهم في اثراء المعرفة البشرية والاضافة للموروث الحضاري للشعوب بصفة عامة ولليبيا بصفة خاصة، والمساهمة في بناء قدرات شعبنا الليبي الكريم وتقديم نماذج الحلول لمختلف المختنقات التي تعترض مسيرة البناء والتنمية والاستقرار في ليبيا.
يشرفنا دعوة العلماء والباحثين والخبراء لتقديم ابحاثهم ودراساتهم العلمية بمجلة الجديد للعلوم الانسانية، وسنتبنى كافة المشاريع البحثية المبتكرة بمنهجية علمية وبمعايير الموضوعية والشفافية والوطنية مخلصين النية والعمل لله ثم الوطن، وسنحرص كما كنا دائماً على تذليل الصعوبات التي قد تعرقل جهود النشر بالمجلة خدمة للإنسانية قاطبة ووطننا الغالي ليبيا، كما يشرفني التقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان لمن سبقوني بقيادة هذا الصرح العلمي الوطني المتميز واسرة تحرير المجلة السابقين والحاليين لما بذلوه من جهد ووقت للارتقاء بالمركز القومي للبحوث والدراسات العلمية وتحسين جودة بحوثها ودراساتها واصداراتها.

Allah Almighty said: "As for the foam, it vanishes, cast off; but as for that which benefits the people, it remains on the earth."
We are pleased and honored to present to experts, researchers, scientists, academics, officials, and decision-makers the successive issues of Aljadid Journal for Humanities and Applied Sciences. It is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, accredited locally and internationally, issued by the National Center for Research and Scientific Studies for decades until now. Its pages contain opinions, analyses, and forward-looking visions for life issues that touch the homeland and the citizen, and address local, regional, and international political, economic, and social issues and phenomena related to the variables and dimensions of Libyan national security. By the grace and guidance of Allah, we have succeeded in putting the journal in a format that meets the standards of quality assurance and accreditation for peer-reviewed scientific journals. We are striving, along with a distinguished team of scientists and experts on the journal's editorial board and advisory board, to keep pace with all that is new in quality and accreditation standards to ensure practical outputs and research results that contribute to enriching human knowledge and adding to the cultural heritage of peoples in general and Libya in particular, and contributing to building the capacities of our generous Libyan people and providing models of solutions to the various bottlenecks that obstruct the path of construction, development, and stability in Libya.
It is our honor to invite scientists, researchers, and experts to submit their scientific research and studies to Aljadid Journal for Humanities. We will adopt all innovative research projects with scientific methodology and standards of objectivity, transparency, and patriotism, directing our intention and work for Allah then the homeland. We will make sure, as we always have, to overcome the difficulties that may hinder publishing efforts in the journal to serve all of humanity and our precious homeland Libya. It is also my honor to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to those who preceded me in leading this distinguished national scientific edifice and the former and current editorial family of the journal for their effort and time to advance the National Center for Research and Scientific Studies and improve the quality of its research, studies, and publications.
