Manuscript Requirements for Publication

• Required Forms for Submission

Authors must submit a written pledge to adhere to the journal's publishing standards and conditions, along with a conflict of interest declaration. The pledge and declaration are sent with the research via email or through the journal's system.

• Submission Format

The author must submit the following:

• An electronic copy of the research according to the journal's template in Word format, sent via email or the journal's electronic platform.

• Manuscript Numbering

Each manuscript is given a unique number generated by the system upon receipt of the publication request. This number is included on all documents related to the manuscript.

• Initial Review

The editorial board conducts an initial review to ensure:

• The manuscript's adherence to the journal's requirements.
• Scientific quality and content integrity.
• Clarity of presentation and relevance to the journal's scope.

The manuscript may be rejected at this stage with an explanatory report, and the author retains the right to request reconsideration.

• Originality Check

All manuscripts are checked using Ithenticate software to ensure the originality of the research and its adherence to proper citation standards.

• Citation Policy

The overall citation percentage in the manuscript must not exceed 20% of the total text excluding references and appendices, according to the following guidelines:

• Direct Citations: Not to exceed 07% of the total text excluding references and appendices.
• Citations from a Single Source: Not to exceed 5%.
• Scientific Exceptions: Exceptions may be granted for some research of a special nature in case the allowed percentage is exceeded after submitting a justified written request to the Editor-in-Chief.

• Scientific Peer-Review

Manuscripts are sent to qualified, specialized reviewers chosen based on their scientific fields.

• Reviewer's Responsibilities

The reviewer's role is limited to providing an evaluation through the journal's approved forms without making any direct modification to the manuscript's content.

• Evaluation Results

Reviewers classify manuscripts as follows:
A. Acceptable for publication.
B. Acceptable for publication after minor revisions.
C. Acceptable for publication after major revisions.
D. Unacceptable for publication.

• Minimum Acceptance Score

No manuscript is accepted for publication unless it scores 65% of the total evaluation points.

• Evaluation Deadline

The reviewer must complete the evaluation within 14 days of receiving the manuscript. In case of an unjustified delay, the evaluation is assigned to an alternative reviewer.

• Rejection of Review Reports

The editorial board has the right to reject the review report if it does not include sufficient scientific justification or is not submitted within the specified deadline.

• Author's Response to Review Comments

If modifications exist, the manuscript is returned to the author to fulfill them. If the author rejects the reviewer's decisions, the board decides whether to re-evaluate or make a final decision.

• Evaluation Criteria

All manuscripts are evaluated according to forms approved by the editorial board.

• Confidentiality

Evaluation and peer-review results are considered confidential and may not be disclosed.

• Publication Priorities

Publication priority is based on the following:
A. Completion of the peer-review process and the required modifications.
B. Diversity of research fields and empowering the largest number of researchers.
C. Priority for topics of local importance or those deemed urgent based on the editorial board's assessment.
