تركيا في أفريقيا: الهيمنة التجارية وبسط السلطة بخطاب عثماني جديد
الملخص
كانت قارة إفريقيا ذات أهمية كبيرة للعديد من البلدان خارج إفريقيا، وكان عامل الجذب الرئيسي لإفريقيا هو مواردها البشرية والمعدنية الغنية المنتشرة في جميع أنحاء القارة، فضلاً عن سوقها الواسع للبضائع الأجنبية، تبحث هذه الورقة في العلاقات بين جمهورية تركيا ودول القارة الأفريقية، وخاصة في تسعينيات القرن الماضي ومطلع عام 2000م، عندما بدأت جمهورية تركيا في تطوير الاهتمام بعلاقة مع الدول الأفريقية. كانت هناك العديد من الأسباب التي حفزت وأثارت اهتمام تركيا بإفريقيا بشكل مفاجئ، وحاولت هذه الورقة تقديم مثل هذه الأسباب وأيضًا توضيح كيف حاولت الجمهورية التركية إقامة مثل هذه العلاقات، والطريقة التي بدأت بها تركيا في إدراك هذا الهدف المتمثل في إقامة علاقات اقتصادية وسياسية واجتماعية عميقة مع دول القارة الأفريقية.
