Submis sion Instructions
 Introductions:

* Aljadid Human Rights Journal is a scientific, well-established and accessible Journal that publishes all types of articles by virtue of the Creative Commons License (CC BY 4.0) that allows users to share, copy, distribute, and adapt a work, even for commercial purposes with no restrictions, provided that there is reference to the original source and author.
* The Research must be original and has not been published before, and should not be under any other institution's arbitration, taken from other thesis unless it has been developed on a previous approval. The author takes full responsibility in committing himself to intellectual property rights, not to infringe publication laws, literary or scientific rights. *The Journal does not bear any legal responsibility for that.

 Authors and Financing:

* The authors' names are listed in accordance with the level of their scientific contributions to research, provided that the name of who has the biggest contribution is listed first.
*One should disclose any institutional financing or support obtained in order to finish the research.
* In case the research is the outcome of a project or an institutional cooperation, or includes collective data, reference for that should be made clear.

Scientific Ethics and Integrity:

 *Ethetics of scientific research must be observed completely. Any practice, such as plagiarism, falsification or deviating data or repeated publication is considered a grave violation that leads or results in rejecting or withdrawing the research.
*The Journal employs the scientif - plagiarism test or program. Any research that exceeds a 25 percentage similarity is rejected utterly.
* The Journal's editorial team reserves the right of preventing the author from any future publication when a scientific violation is confirmed, and any institutions concerned will be notified with that.

 Research Format:

* Laying the research out should be in line with the Journal's model (template) that is listed on the official Website.
* The research is to be submitted according to the Microsoft Word (doc / docx) format on A4
 papers.
* Each paragraph should be started with a one centimeter space.
* The research must not consist of more than 25 pages including the text, the supplements on the references.

 Language and calligraphy: .

* Research in Arabic:

- Simplified Arabic calligraphy.
- Size 14 points for the text, and 14 wide for the title.
- Line divergence is 15.

* Research in English:

- Time New Roman calligraphy.
- Size 12 points for the text, and 12 wide for the titles.
- Line divergence is 15.
- The language used must be academic and free of any writing or grammatical mistakes. Tables and Figures:
* Tables and figures should be placed within the text, not at the end of the research.
*Every table or figure must be numbered as: (table 1, and figure 2). This is coupled with writing a clear title for each, and reference to them must be referred to within the text.
* The calligraphy used should be of size 12 points put inside the tables and figures.
* Pictures ought to very clearly typed or printed.

 Pagination:

* Page numbers have to be placed at bottom in the middle of pages using (Times New Roman) orthography, size 12.

Research Structure Requirement

 1. Title format:
* The title is not to exceed 15 words of 16 aside points.
* Name of the author or authors is of the size 15 points.
* Institutional affiliation and the E-mail is given 12 points.
 2. The Summary:
* The Arabic summary of Arabic research. On the first page there should be no less than 200 words and no more 250 words, followed by from 3 to 5.

 4. Main sections:
 Introduction:
* It consists of a theoretical background, objectives, importance of the study, and the research limits.
* In theoretical or qualitative research, concentration is focused on presenting the topic, its importance, and its theoretical pillars.
 Methodology:
* Quantitative research: Research design, study sample, measurement tools, and procedures.
*Qualitative research: Approach employed, credibility verification methods, and data analysis.
Results:
* Results ought to be objectively presented and in conformity with the questions, objectives and hypotheses.
* Warration, tables or graphs are used according to the type of study.
 Discussion:
* Results interpretation, analyzing them critically and linking them to the theoretical frameworks and previous studies.
* The interpretation may be merged into the results and ommitted in theoretical research.
Conclusions and Recommendations:
* Summarizing the main results and presenting practical recommendations based on what was reached.
 5. Conflict of interests statement
* A responsible author must disclose any conflict of financial interests in a unified form that Journal makes available.
 6. Bibliography:
* The Journal adopts the Chicago Style: (Chicago Manual of Style). CMOS, which is using "the Notes-Bibliography System", which mainly depends low page footnotes at the bottom of each page in documenting the sources.
*Sources are arranged alphabetically, beginning with sources in the same language of the research, followed by sources in other languages. Sources are not numbered. Citations should conform within the text with the source's fist.
 7. Submission Mechanism:
* Research are submitted via the Journal's official E-mail listed on its website.
* Each submission process should include:
- Pledge indicating the originality of the research.
- Interest conflict form.
- Cover letter.

Time Division:
 The publishing process undergoes a number of stages:
* Ensuring commitment to the Journal's terms. Adherence to the citing system:
