It is our pleasure and honor to present to experts, researchers, scholars, academics, officials, and decision-makers the successive issues of Al-Jadeed Journal for Human and Applied Sciences. This is a peer-reviewed scientific journal, accredited locally and internationally, that has been published by the National Center for Research and Scientific Studies for decades. Its pages contain opinions, analyses, and forward-looking visions on vital issues that affect our nation and its citizens. It addresses local, regional, and international political, economic, and social issues and phenomena linked to the variables and dimensions of Libyan national security.
By the grace and guidance of Allah, we have successfully positioned the journal to meet the quality assurance and accreditation standards for peer-reviewed scientific journals. We are diligently working with a distinguished team of scientists and experts on the journal's editorial and advisory boards to keep pace with all new quality and accreditation standards. This ensures practical outputs and research findings that contribute to enriching human knowledge and adding to the cultural heritage of peoples in general, and of Libya in particular. We also contribute to building the capacities of our generous Libyan people and providing solution models for the various bottlenecks that obstruct the path of construction, development, and stability in Libya.
We are honored to invite scientists, researchers, and experts to submit their scientific research and studies to Al-Jadeed Journal for Human Sciences. We will adopt all innovative research projects with a scientific methodology and with standards of objectivity, transparency, and patriotism, sincerely dedicating our intentions and work to Allah and then to our homeland. As we have always done, we will be keen to overcome any difficulties that may hinder publication efforts in the journal, serving all of humanity and our dear homeland, Libya. I am also honored to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to those who preceded me in leading this distinguished national scientific institution and to the former and current members of the journal's editorial board for the effort and time they have dedicated to advancing the National Center for Research and Scientific Studies and improving the quality of its research, studies, and publications.
